  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not signify acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

  • Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within India. For international orders, please contact us in advance.

  • Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

  • MODERN BAHU is not liable for shipping delays caused by courier companies or other third-party providers.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags and packaging.

  • Customers must email modernbahu2020@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Sale items and certain personal items (e.g., innerwear) are non-returnable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur. If a product you receive is not as described, you may return it as per our return policy.
