Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at modernbahu2020@gmail.com or via WhatsApp with your order details.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are non-returnable:

    • Undergarments or hygiene-sensitive items

    • Customized or made-to-order pieces

    • Sale or discounted items

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer (for COD or wallet payments).

  • For partial COD orders, the advance amount is refundable; COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or color issues, subject to product availability.

  • Customers may bear the return shipping cost unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
