At MODERN BAHU, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle deliveries, charges, and related concerns.

1. Shipping Locations

We ship pan India Shipping options and charges may vary depending on the destination.

2. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable courier services including India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and others to ensure secure and timely delivery.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after successful order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic Orders (India): Estimated delivery within 10–15 days from the date of dispatch.

  • 5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.

  • We do not offer flat-rate or free shipping at this time.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Partial COD on select orders, subject to verification.

  • An additional charge applies for COD services and will be displayed during checkout.

  • Full COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Delayed parcels are the responsibility of the courier service. While we will assist in tracking and communication, MODERN BAHU is not liable for delays once the parcel has been dispatched.

9. Order Modifications

  • You may request changes to your order (such as updating the delivery address) via WhatsApp only before the order is shipped.

  • Once an order is shipped, modifications are not possible.
